Hintergarten’s brand-new restaurant is currently closed to the public, but we are accepting group reservations for private events. Our intimate indoor space features cutting-edge light installations, multimedia art exhibitions, and a fully functional modern kitchen and cocktail bar. While we are not open for regular dining at this time, you can still nourish your mind, body, and soul with By Ruud’s seasonal á la carte menu, prepared with local produce, during your private event. Vegans, vegetarians, and other dietary preferences or allergies can be accommodated with advance notice.
